great amenities, but inconvenient location
We loved the comfortable cabin that perfectly accommodated our family. The private sauna offered a delightful way to unwind after outdoor activities. The breakfast at the lodge was exceptional, making each morning a treat. The river view from our chalet added a serene touch to our stay.
The layout made it cumbersome to reach our chalet, which was across a public road from reception.

The private sauna in our Superior Chalet brought pure bliss after long days filled with adventure. Our chalet, while cozy, could use some additional seating—there was only one sofa for our family, making evenings a bit cramped. The kitchen had decent facilities, but lacking an oven felt limiting, especially when it came to cooking simple meals. The breakfast spread impressed us, with a good variety of options to kickstart the day. We appreciated the friendly and helpful reception staff when we arrived late, providing essential information quickly. Location-wise, being able to easily taxi to nearby attractions was a big plus. however, the distance to the local supermarket proved inconvenient, as we needed to stock up on some essentials. Despite a bit of noise from nearby areas, the atmosphere was generally welcoming and laid back, making it a great spot for family fun. cleanup seemed lax since no daily service was provided and communal bathrooms lacked some essentials like soap. It's the little things that can really enhance the stay, you know?

The chalet had a charming wooden interior that felt cozy and warm, just like a snug blanket. The atmosphere reminded me of a cozy cabin retreat where one could easily lose track of time by the fireplace.
More seating options would be lovely.

We had a fantastic time relaxing in our chalet's private sauna after exploring the beautiful surroundings. The kids loved playing outside while we appreciated the cozy fireplace in our room and the warm dining area. Just a little heads up, the kitchen was a bit tight for all of us, but overall, we had a wonderful stay! 😊

The chalets feature a private sauna that adds a warm, relaxing touch after a day in the cold. Kitchen facilities allow for easy meal prep, perfect for families looking to cook their own meals.
The layout is a bit of a hassle—some chalets are on the opposite side of a public road from the reception area, making lugging luggage a real chore for those without a vehicle. the lack of daily cleaning services can feel inconvenient, especially in a winter environment where snow can get tracked in. Showers in the chalets are notably cramped, which might be a discomfort after a long day of activities. Lastly, the distance to grocery shops can be a nuisance if you need to stock up on essentials.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The chalets were spacious, and we loved relaxing in our private sauna after skiing. We visited Santa's Village and tried snowshoeing with Lapland Safaris. Breakfast was solid, and the staff was friendly—great spot for activities and comfortable hangouts.
We had a hiccup during check-in, as we were downgraded to a smaller chalet without notice, which was frustrating.
